If there is an error in Prism that suggests NGT isn’t reachable, run through the following:
1. Log into th eVM and uninstall Nutanix Guest Tools *Do NOT uninstall Nutanix VirtIO drivers2. Log into Prism Element via SSH3. Run the following command to get the VM UUID: ncli vm ls | grep -e Name -e UUID4. Run the following commands: ncli ngt unmount vm-id=[VM UUID Here] ncli ngt disable vm-id=[VM UUID Here] ncli ngt delete vm-id=[VM UUID Here]5. Proceed to mount and install NGT on the VM
